Business Problem: XYZ Tech Solutions employees are suffering from change fatigue. As a result, there is high turnover, increased stress, and decreased productivity.
The Ask: Rapidly develop a course using AI tools. ChatGPT was used to create personas, scenarios, and detailed feedback for each choice. AI was used to create the Vyond video and script.
Solution: This course is designed to provide learners an understanding of what change fatigue is, strategies to use to manage change fatigue, and a chance to practice with simulated scenarios.
