Microlearning for Just-in-Time Use

Just-in-time learning (or Googling, as we often think of it) is the most common type of learning we do today. As a learning designer, I intentionally think about how, where, and when to present learning so that it is most impactful for retention and immediate application to improve work performance and streamline tasks.

Microlearning Series

I craft learning series that include a variety of modalities to appeal to diverse audiences that reinforce core competencies, essential tasks, and educate about organization processes and procedures.

Videos

I develop videos that engage learners and provide a visual display of information that explains complex processes and concepts in easy to understand language and prevents cognitive overload.
