This design doc is created for a course designed to provide an overview of five star customer service to address deficiencies in customer service for employees in the restaurant industry. The targeted learner is all employees in the restaurant industry.

This design doc is created for a course designed to increase the skills and capacity of recruiters and hiring managers to provide an efficient interview and hiring process. The targeted learner is recruiters and hiring managers.
Storyboarding
Storyboarding provides clients a detailed description of the proposed training solution. This is an essential step in ensuring content is aligned to the learning outcomes. Prototyping can be used to give clients a snapshot of the learning experience’s look and feel, such as the lay out of the structure, navigation, content, and audio for an eLearning course. It is revised and finalized with the Subject Matter Expert (SME) or client before an instructional designer produces the course.
Using OneDrive
This video storyboard was created as part of a Storyline course explaining how to use OneDrive. It uses Camtasia to provide a tutorial video for employees explaining how to use OneDrive on a desktop computer.
