The challenge: Create a scenario to explain the chronological steps to use OneDrive and an iPhone to share files.
The process: Each step is broken down into manageable chunks to allow the learner to choose the correct step. Screenshots simulate what the learner would see on the iPhone when he or she used his/her personal email to share files with others.
The solution: Storyline is used to create a short scenario where the learner is asked which step is correct to share files with the boss. The learner gets feedback and moves on to the next step. This scenario was included as part of a Rise course.
