Email Phishing
Business Problem: The Cyber Security team aims to minimize the number of calls directed to the Technology Support Center and tickets generated for investigating reported emails categorized as spam or part of phishing campaigns, which do not warrant further reporting.
The Ask: Create a learning experience to help learners comprehend phishing campaigns and discern which emails necessitate reporting and which ones do not.
Solution: This course is designed to provide learners a foundational understanding of identifying warning signs while managing emails for heightened security awareness. Participants will learn safe techniques to authenticate email validity, utilize the phishing alert button to report suspicious emails, and discern when to reach out to the Technology Support Center for assistance.
Note: This course is designed as microlearning to provide a brief review of more in-depth content taught in another course about cybersecurity awareness that employees complete prior to completing this eLearning course.
